Zoinos Zitsa brings us this sparkling white wine from Greece, made with Debina from the 2023 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Debina is a white grape of Zitsa in Epirus, giving crisp, lemony wines often made into a lightly sparkling style. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else.
