Acoya Chardonnay 2022

This is Acoya's take on Chardonnay — a dry white wine out of California from the 2022 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Chardonnay is the world's most famous white grape, remarkably versatile, ranging from crisp and citrusy when unoaked to rich and buttery with notes of apple, pear and, when oak-aged, vanilla and toast. California is America's wine engine, where warm, sunny valleys ripen generous, polished wines across just about every style you can name. Great with comfort food: creamy pastas, roast chicken, richer fish. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
