Sietefincas Cabernet sauvignon 2023

This is Sietefincas's take on Cabernet Sauvignon — a dry red wine out of Argentina from the 2023 vintage. Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's most planted red grapes, prized for its deep color, firm tannins and dark-fruit flavors of blackcurrant and plum, often with notes of cedar and tobacco. Argentina is South America's wine powerhouse, where most of the vineyards sit high in the dry foothills of the Andes — all that bright sunshine and cool mountain nights give the wines their ripe, juicy generosity. It loves rich, meaty food — think grilled red meat, braises and a wedge of aged cheese. Best enjoyed at cool room temperature.
