Richard bocking Pinot blanc mosel 2022

Pinot Blanc is a white grape giving fresh, clean, medium-bodied wines with apple, citrus and a soft texture. It's from the Mosel, where vines cling to impossibly steep slate slopes above the river, giving featherlight, racy Riesling. A natural with seafood and fresh, zingy dishes — fish, salads, soft cheeses. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
