Here's a lovely dry white wine from Italy, made with Grillo from the 2024 vintage. Grillo is a Sicilian white grape giving fresh, full-flavored wines with citrus, herbs and a subtle tropical note; traditionally used for Marsala. Italy is a wine lover's playground — hundreds of homegrown grapes and a different specialty around every bend, from crisp Alpine whites to sun-baked southern reds. A natural with seafood and fresh, zingy dishes — fish, salads, soft cheeses. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
