Parados Chardonnay 2024

This is Parados's take on Chardonnay — a dry white wine out of Argentina from the 2024 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Chardonnay is the world's most famous white grape, remarkably versatile, ranging from crisp and citrusy when unoaked to rich and buttery with notes of apple, pear and, when oak-aged, vanilla and toast. Argentina is South America's wine powerhouse, where most of the vineyards sit high in the dry foothills of the Andes — all that bright sunshine and cool mountain nights give the wines their ripe, juicy generosity. It has the body for roast chicken, creamy pasta or a buttery fish dish. Serve it well chilled.
