Nostos Nostos blend red 2017

Meet Nostos Nostos Blend's dry red wine: a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Roussanne, all from Greece from the 2017 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Syrah is a bold red grape producing dark, full-bodied wines with blackberry, black-pepper and smoky, savory notes; it is known as Shiraz in Australia. There's Grenache in the blend too: a warm-climate red grape giving generous, fruit-forward wines with ripe strawberry and raspberry flavors, gentle tannins and a touch of spice. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else.
