Nostos Mrs red romeiko syrah 2023

Meet Nostos Mrs's dry red wine: a blend of Syrah and Romeiko, all from Greece from the 2023 vintage. Syrah is a bold red grape producing dark, full-bodied wines with blackberry, black-pepper and smoky, savory notes; it is known as Shiraz in Australia. There's Romeiko in the blend too: a traditional Cretan grape, usually pale-skinned and used for distinctive whites and amber wines, though it also lends itself to light, characterful reds.
