Nostos Assyrtico 2024

This is Nostos's take on Assyrtiko — a dry white wine out of Greece from the 2024 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Assyrtiko is Greece's noblest white grape, native to Santorini, producing bone-dry, mineral-driven wines with searing acidity and citrus, saline and stone-fruit character. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. A natural with seafood and fresh, zingy dishes — fish, salads, soft cheeses. Serve it well chilled.
