Moraitis Meltemi rose 2024

Meet Moraitis Meltemi's dry rosé wine: a blend of Mandilaria, Savatiano and Monemvasia, all from Greece from the 2024 vintage. Mandilaria is a deeply colored Greek red grape giving tannic, full-bodied wines, often blended to add color and structure. There's Savatiano in the blend too: Greece's most planted white grape, giving soft, fresh wines with subtle citrus and stone fruit, and is the traditional base of retsina. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. Made for sunny lunches: salads, grilled vegetables, charcuterie, anything Mediterranean. Serve it well chilled.
