This is Meyer Meyer Highlands's take on Syrah — a dry red wine out of California from the 2016 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Syrah is a bold red grape producing dark, full-bodied wines with blackberry, black-pepper and smoky, savory notes; it is known as Shiraz in Australia.
