This sparkling white wine comes from Greece, built around Moscato and Assyrtiko, and it's a non-vintage bottling. About the grape — Moscato is the Italian Muscat, giving lightly sweet, low-alcohol, often gently sparkling wines bursting with peach, orange-blossom and grapey aromatics. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. Perfect for toasting, and surprisingly great with fish and chips or salty snacks. Best served cold, ideally in a tall glass.
