Massucco Barbera d'alba 2022

Massucco brings us this dry red wine from Italy, made with Barbera d'Alba from the 2022 vintage. Barbera d'Alba is a Piedmontese red giving deeply colored, juicy wines with bright acidity and red-cherry fruit. Italy is a wine lover's playground — hundreds of homegrown grapes and a different specialty around every bend, from crisp Alpine whites to sun-baked southern reds. It's a friendly all-rounder — lovely with roast chicken, pork, mushroomy dishes or a bowl of tomatoey pasta. Serve it at cool room temperature.
