A dry red wine from Greece, made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Agiorgitiko from the 2020 vintage. Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's most planted red grapes, prized for its deep color, firm tannins and dark-fruit flavors of blackcurrant and plum, often with notes of cedar and tobacco. Agiorgitiko comes along for the ride as well — one of Greece's most important red grapes, centered on Nemea, producing soft, velvety wines with ripe red-fruit, plum and a hint of spice. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. This is your steak-night, lamb-roast, hearty-stew kind of red. Best enjoyed at cool room temperature.
