Lazaridis Amethystos white 2021

From Lazaridis Amethystos in Greece, this dry white wine blends Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Assyrtiko from the 2021 vintage. Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, aromatic white grape known for zesty acidity and vivid flavors of citrus, green apple, gooseberry and fresh-cut grass. There's Sémillon in the blend too: a white grape giving rounded, waxy-textured wines with notes of lemon, fig and honey, and is also key to many of the world's great sweet wines.
