Here's a lovely dry white wine from Italy — Kubila's blend of Catarratto, Grecanico and Vermentino from the 2025 vintage. About the grape — Catarratto is Sicily's most planted white grape, giving fresh, citrusy wines with a gentle herbal note. It's blended with Grecanico, too. Italy is a wine lover's playground — hundreds of homegrown grapes and a different specialty around every bend, from crisp Alpine whites to sun-baked southern reds. Pour it with shellfish, fish tacos, salads or anything from the sea. Serve it well chilled.
