Meet Kikones Ippeas Ismaros's dry red wine: a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, all from Greece from the 2018 vintage. About the grape — Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's most planted red grapes, prized for its deep color, firm tannins and dark-fruit flavors of blackcurrant and plum, often with notes of cedar and tobacco. There's Merlot in the blend too: a widely grown red grape valued for its soft, supple texture and approachable plum and black-cherry fruit, making it one of the most easy-drinking reds.
