A dry red wine from New York, made with Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2017 vintage. Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's most planted red grapes, prized for its deep color, firm tannins and dark-fruit flavors of blackcurrant and plum, often with notes of cedar and tobacco. New York, with cool spots like the Finger Lakes, turns out crisp, aromatic whites and refined cool-climate reds. Pour it with grilled steak, lamb or a slow-cooked stew and it'll feel right at home.
