Farina Primero toro 2022

Farina Primero brings us this dry red wine from Spain, made with Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) from the 2022 vintage. Tinta de Toro is the powerful Toro-region clone of Tempranillo, producing especially deep, full-bodied and concentrated reds. It's from Toro, a sun-baked region known for especially powerful Tempranillo. It loves rich, meaty food — think grilled red meat, braises and a wedge of aged cheese. Serve it at cool room temperature.
