Casa Patronales brings us this dry white wine from Chile, made with Sauvignon Blanc from the 2022 vintage. Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, aromatic white grape known for zesty acidity and vivid flavors of citrus, green apple, gooseberry and fresh-cut grass. Chile is winemaking heaven — a long ribbon of vineyards tucked between the Andes and the Pacific, giving famously clean, fruit-filled, easy-to-love wines. The 'Reserva' on the label usually means it's a step-up selection given a little extra aging before release. A natural with seafood and fresh, zingy dishes — fish, salads, soft cheeses. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
