This is Carta Vieja's take on Sauvignon Blanc — a dry white wine out of Chile from the 2025 vintage. Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, aromatic white grape known for zesty acidity and vivid flavors of citrus, green apple, gooseberry and fresh-cut grass.
