Here's a lovely dry rosé wine from France, made with Cabernet Franc from the 2024 vintage. Cabernet Franc is an aromatic red grape, a parent of Cabernet Sauvignon, typically lighter in body with red-fruit, herbal and sometimes peppery character. France is the spiritual home of wine, the place that gave us most of the world's classic styles and the whole idea that where a wine grows shapes how it tastes. Made for sunny lunches: salads, grilled vegetables, charcuterie, anything Mediterranean. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
