Tetramythos brings us this dry white wine from Greece, made with Chardonnay from the 2023 vintage. Chardonnay is the world's most famous white grape, remarkably versatile, ranging from crisp and citrusy when unoaked to rich and buttery with notes of apple, pear and, when oak-aged, vanilla and toast. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. The grapes are grown organically, too. Great with comfort food: creamy pastas, roast chicken, richer fish. Serve it well chilled.
