Strofilia Agiorgitiko red 2016


Strofilia Agiorgitiko Red 2016 is a dry red wine from PGI Peloponnese, blending Agiorgitiko and Merlot. The vinification includes pre-fermentation cold extraction and fermentation at max 25° C, followed by three months in oak barrels. The wine has a deep red color, aromas of ripe red fruits, herbs, caramel butterscotch, and vanilla, offering an aromatic and complex taste with soft tannins and a long aftertaste. Ideal with red meats, traditional stuffed vegetables, pasta with meat or tomato, cheese dishes, and cold cuts. Vineyard located in Asprokampos, with harvest in late September.
