Q: How much is shipping? 

A: Shipping is automatically calculated based on where you would like your box to be shipped. 

Q: When is my credit card charged and when does my order ship? 

A: All deliveries dispatch between 1 and 2 business days. 

Q: Do you accept returns? 

A: We are devoted to bringing you a great customer expirience however due to Virginia and D.C shipping restrictions it is unlawful for an individual to ship  alcoholic beverages through the mail. If you suspect the bottle is bad or if  of your merchandise has been destroyed or ruined please take a picture of it for us right out of the box and send it to. We will get in touch with you about our returns proccess for damaged goods.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

A: Unfortunately no, currently we only ship within the United States. 


Q: Do you ship to business addresses and/or P.O. Boxes or Hotels?

A: Yes, we do ship to business addresses, which is advised if no one is at your home address to sign for the delivery. You must be sure to include the business/company name, as well as a suite of floor number in the ship-to information to ensure that the package(s) are routed properly. We cannot, however, ship to P.O. Boxes or hotels under any circumstances. 

Q:How long will shipping take?

A: Approximate estimations to East Coast is 1-3 business days


Q: What happens if no one is available to sign for my delivery?

A: There must be an adult of at least 21 years to sign for any delivery since the shipment contains alcohol. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, there will be two more attempts made on consecutive business days. At this point you can contact the shipper to make alternative shipping arrangements after the first attempt is made. Should delivery fail on all three attempts, the package will return to sender, and we must recharge shipping in order for the package(s) to be re-sent.
