Sant'or Roditis organic vegan 2022

Sant'Or Roditis Organic Vegan 2022 is a white dry wine made from 100% Roditis grapes, produced naturally and with zero intervention in stainless steel tanks. It is certified biodynamic and organic, from a Mediterranean climate with dry summers. The vineyards, planted in 1992 at 400m altitude, yield 2.2 kg/plant without irrigation. Vinification includes 15-day wild yeast fermentation and 6-month maturation in stainless steel, with natural clarification and no filtration. It has 13.50% alcohol, 4.70 gr/l acidity, 2.20 gr/l residual sugar, and 36 mg/l sulfites.
