Sant'or Roditis organic vegan 2022

A dry white wine from Greece, made with Roditis from the 2022 vintage. Roditis is a widely grown Greek pink-skinned grape giving fresh, crisp whites with citrus and melon, and a key grape in traditional retsina. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. The grapes are grown organically, too. It's made for seafood — oysters, grilled fish, a fresh salad or a tangy goat cheese. Serve it well chilled.
