Pierre prieur Sancerre red 2022

This is Pierre Prieur's take on Pinot Noir — a dry red wine out of France from the 2022 vintage. About the grape — Pinot Noir is a delicate, thin-skinned red grape famed for its silky texture and bright flavors of red cherry, raspberry and earthy, savory undertones. It comes from Sancerre in the Loire, a benchmark home for crisp, flinty Sauvignon Blanc. Serve it slightly chilled with salmon, roast chicken or anything with mushrooms. Best enjoyed at cool room temperature.
