Here's a fine dry red wine from Parados, made in Argentina from the 2025 vintage. Argentina is South America's wine powerhouse, where most of the vineyards sit high in the dry foothills of the Andes — all that bright sunshine and cool mountain nights give the wines their ripe, juicy generosity. It's happy with grilled meats, pasta and hearty, comforting food. Best enjoyed at cool room temperature.
