Nostos Nostos red organic 2017

The Nostos Nostos red organic 2017 is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, with the Syrah fermented in oak casks. This full-bodied red wine exhibits a deep ruby color and aromas of garrigue, dark fruits, and spice, complemented by notes of strawberry, framboise, pomegranate, cherry jam, vanilla, butter, and green peppercorn. Hints of cedar and chocolate add to its complex bouquet. It features a very dark ruby color with purple hints, indicating youth, and dense tears that color the inside of the glass. The intense nose blends ripe black fruit with a discreet presence of oak. This organic, dry red wine has a solid crimson color, a dry mouth with volume, and particularly mature and soft tannins. The long finish is dominated by ripe red fruits, with a strong presence of aromas like strawberry, black cherry, mulberry, some notes of tobacco and spices, and a clean finish that accentuates these spices. It pairs well with herb roasted lamb and oven roasted potatoes​​​​​​​​​​.
