Nostos Alexandra's red 2019

Nostos Alexandra's brings us this dry red wine from Greece, a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah from the 2019 vintage. Grenache is a warm-climate red grape giving generous, fruit-forward wines with ripe strawberry and raspberry flavors, gentle tannins and a touch of spice. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. Easygoing at the table: try it with roast meats, pasta, pizza night or a charcuterie board. Pop it open at cool room temperature — a brief chill on a hot day doesn't hurt.
