Here's a lovely dry white wine from Greece, made with Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Ugni Blanc from the 2025 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, aromatic white grape known for zesty acidity and vivid flavors of citrus, green apple, gooseberry and fresh-cut grass. It's joined by Sémillon — a white grape giving rounded, waxy-textured wines with notes of lemon, fig and honey, and is also key to many of the world's great sweet wines. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. Pour it with shellfish, fish tacos, salads or anything from the sea. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
