Kourtaki Vin brings us this dry white wine from Greece, made with Vilana from the 2023 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Vilana is the principal white grape of Crete, giving fresh, light, citrusy wines with delicate floral aromas. It comes from Crete, an island with one of the oldest wine cultures in the world. Pour it with shellfish, fish tacos, salads or anything from the sea. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
