A dry white wine from France, made with Sylvaner from the 2020 vintage. Sylvaner is an Alsatian white grape giving fresh, light, subtly earthy wines with green-apple and citrus character. France is the spiritual home of wine, the place that gave us most of the world's classic styles and the whole idea that where a wine grows shapes how it tastes. A natural with seafood and fresh, zingy dishes — fish, salads, soft cheeses. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
