Gaidouria comes along for the ride as well — a rare Greek white grape giving fresh, subtle wines, often used in island blends. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. Pour it with shellfish, fish tacos, salads or anything from the sea. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
