Here's a lovely dry white wine from Greece, made with Assyrtiko from the 2023 vintage. Assyrtiko is Greece's noblest white grape, native to Santorini, producing bone-dry, mineral-driven wines with searing acidity and citrus, saline and stone-fruit character. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. It's made for seafood — oysters, grilled fish, a fresh salad or a tangy goat cheese. Serve it well chilled.
