Efrosini Kleftis (thief) assyrtico 2024

This is Efrosini Kleftis (thief)'s take on Assyrtiko — a dry white wine out of Greece from the 2024 vintage. Assyrtiko is Greece's noblest white grape, native to Santorini, producing bone-dry, mineral-driven wines with searing acidity and citrus, saline and stone-fruit character. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. Pour it with shellfish, fish tacos, salads or anything from the sea. Serve it well chilled.
