Cave Spring brings us this dry red wine from Canada, made with Pinot Noir from the 2019 vintage. Pinot Noir is a delicate, thin-skinned red grape famed for its silky texture and bright flavors of red cherry, raspberry and earthy, savory undertones. Canada makes lovely cool-climate wines and is world-famous for its lusciously sweet Icewine. It's light enough for salmon and poultry, and happy with a gentle chill on a warm day. Best enjoyed at cool room temperature.
