Casa de santar Dao red 2021

Here's a fine dry red wine from Casa de Santar, made in Portugal from the 2021 vintage. It comes from the Dão, a granite-soiled highland ringed by mountains that shelter the vines. It's happy with grilled meats, pasta and hearty, comforting food. Pop it open at cool room temperature — a brief chill on a hot day doesn't hurt.
