What is Agiorgitiko (St. George)?
Agiorgitko matures late between the end of September and early October. The vines have relatively-tight clusters and high sensitivity to drought and oidium. Violet black color and velvet tannins provide excellent red wines that are briefly oaked and bottle aged.
