Strofilia Vegan Savatiano Dry White 2020 is a dry white wine from PGI Attiki, made from Savvatiano grapes. The wine features pre-fermentation cold extraction and fermentation at 15° – 17° C in stainless steel tanks, enhancing its aroma and body. It has a light yellow-green color, with delicate aromas of citrus, orange, orange blossom, and herbs, and a balanced, refreshing taste with notes of white pepper and pear. Ideal for pairing with fish, seafood pasta, white meats, grilled vegetables, salads, cheeses, and mild-flavored cold cuts. The vineyards, located in Anavyssos, Attica, are 30-50 years old, and the harvest is in late August.
