It is made from a blend of 90% Monemvassia and 10% Mandilaria grapes, selected from vineyards in the locations of Kamares and Aspries. This dry rosé undergoes skin contact for one hour and is then fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine is characterized by its cherry and flower aromas, which are perfectly balanced with a fruity taste on the palate, culminating in a fresh finish. It is often mentioned for its red fruit notes, especially its distinct cherry flavor.
