This single-variety wine, made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, showcases the results of its cultivation on the foothills of Mount Pangeon. It features a deep purple color and offers intense aromas of red fruit, smoke, chocolate, and black pepper. The wine is balanced in the mouth with medium acidity and round, soft tannins, leading to a pleasant finish. It undergoes classic red wine vinification combined with micro-oxygenation and matures in stainless steel tanks with oak chips. The wine has an alcohol content of 13.5%, total acidity of 6.53 g/l, and residual sugar of 3.6 g/l. It is best served at temperatures between 16-18°C and pairs well with pasta with meat, red meat with delicate sauces, and mature soft cheeses
