Here's a lovely dry white wine from France, made with Jacquère from the 2025 vintage. Jacquère is a Savoie white grape from the French Alps, giving light, crisp, mineral wines with citrus and green-apple freshness. France is the spiritual home of wine, the place that gave us most of the world's classic styles and the whole idea that where a wine grows shapes how it tastes. It's made for seafood — oysters, grilled fish, a fresh salad or a tangy goat cheese. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
