Lazaridis Costa lazaridi drama rose 2021
Here's a lovely dry rosé wine from Greece, made with Merlot, Agiorgitiko and Grenache from the 2021 vintage. About the grape — Merlot is a widely grown red grape valued for its soft, supple texture and approachable plum and black-cherry fruit, making it one of the most easy-drinking reds. Agiorgitiko comes along for the ride as well — one of Greece's most important red grapes, centered on Nemea, producing soft, velvety wines with ripe red-fruit, plum and a hint of spice. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. Made for sunny lunches: salads, grilled vegetables, charcuterie, anything Mediterranean. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
