Bae Bae brings us this semi-sweet white wine from New York, made with Riesling, and it's a non-vintage bottling. About the grape — Riesling is a noble, highly aromatic white grape producing wines from bone-dry to lusciously sweet, all marked by piercing acidity and flavors of lime, green apple and stone fruit. New York, with cool spots like the Finger Lakes, turns out crisp, aromatic whites and refined cool-climate reds. It's lovely with fruit tarts, creamy desserts or a slice of cake — or a glass on its own to finish the evening. Serve it lightly chilled, in small glasses.
