A dry rosé wine from Greece, made with Malagousia and Refosco from the 2021 vintage. A quick word on the grape: Malagousia is a revived Greek white grape giving aromatic, full-flavored wines with peach, citrus and a subtle herbal, floral lift. Refosco comes along for the ride as well — a northern Italian red grape giving deeply colored, fresh wines with dark-berry fruit and lively acidity. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. Made for sunny lunches: salads, grilled vegetables, charcuterie, anything Mediterranean. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
