Wines of adam Refosco red 2017

This is Wines Of Adam's take on Refosco — a dry red wine out of Greece from the 2017 vintage. Refosco is a northern Italian red grape giving deeply colored, fresh wines with dark-berry fruit and lively acidity. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and its sun-drenched hills and breezy islands grow native grapes you simply won't find anywhere else. It's a friendly all-rounder — lovely with roast chicken, pork, mushroomy dishes or a bowl of tomatoey pasta. Pop it open at cool room temperature — a brief chill on a hot day doesn't hurt.
