Titular Reserva encruzado dao white 2021

Meet Titular's Encruzado: a dry white wine hailing from Portugal from the 2021 vintage. Encruzado is Portugal's finest Dão white grape, giving structured, age-worthy wines with citrus, mineral and a creamy texture. It comes from the Dão, a granite-soiled highland ringed by mountains that shelter the vines. The 'Reserva' on the label usually means it's a step-up selection given a little extra aging before release. Bring on the richer plates — roast chicken, creamy sauces, salmon. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
