Ronco dei tassi Friulano collio 2023

Here's a lovely dry white wine from Italy — Ronco Dei Tassi working their magic with Friulano from the 2023 vintage. Friulano is a northern Italian white grape from Friuli, giving fresh, full-flavored wines with pear, almond and a subtle herbal note. It's from Collio in Friuli, right on the Slovenian border, one of Italy's greatest white-wine zones. A natural with seafood and fresh, zingy dishes — fish, salads, soft cheeses. Best straight from the fridge, nicely chilled.
