Pizzolato Muse rose spumante 20NV

A sparkling rosé wine from Italy, made with Glera and Raboso, and it's a non-vintage bottling. About the grape — Glera is the grape behind Prosecco, giving fresh, lightly floral sparkling wines with green-apple and pear. Raboso comes along for the ride as well — a high-acid, tannic red grape from the Veneto, producing structured, dark-fruited wines. Italy is a wine lover's playground — hundreds of homegrown grapes and a different specialty around every bend, from crisp Alpine whites to sun-baked southern reds. It's a brilliant aperitif and a natural with oysters, fried snacks and good news worth toasting. Best served cold, ideally in a tall glass.
